Nathan Walldorf of Herman Walldorf & Co., Inc. earned the Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS) designation on Saturday, after completing the 12-hour SRS course work.

The SRS designation, recognized by the National Association of Realtors, is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. SRS is a global community of realtors who use their ideas and expertise to professionally and ethically represent sellers.

SRS provides a a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.

Designees learn to increase listings and grow their business; learn to demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients; and, finally, they learn how to understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need.

Not only has Mr. Walldorf completed the SRS training to improve his skills in advocating for sellers, he also has the track record of selling 22 properties in 2017 and of being in the top 10% of realtors in sales year in and year out in the Chattanooga area.

Mr. Walldorf spoke of the designation saying, “I felt like having a professional designation as a Seller representative specialist was important in today’s real estate market where we need more homes on the market to meet the high home buyer demand. When I list a home for sale, I want to do the best job that I can for that home seller.”

Jeff Styles, I Believe You - And Response (5)

I am glad that Jeff Styles presented the details of the event on his website.  Just because the government alleges a crime does not mean guilty. A criminal charge is an allegation by government. Sure, that allegation can be very serious, but the charge is still an unproven allegation until a court of law and Lady Justice has her review of the proof.  A person gets ... (click for more)

Roy Exum: The Political Dark Side

If ever there becomes a movie that reveals the rotten side of politics, the script has just been written. My goodness, it has all of the hot words: liberals, Muslims, bedroom beds, spouse abuse, non-transparency (or is it collusion,) kids in shock, a seated member of Congress, vulgar language, the Democratic National Committee, a woman scorned, and – best of all – an election. ...
