Six new members have joined the board of directors at the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer, the foundation announced Tuesday.
The foundation’s board consists of 19 members. The new members are:
Anna Adamson, director of Northwest Georgia for Junior Achievement
Amy Frederick, director of SICU & Orthopedic-Spine Floor at Tennova Health Care in Cleveland
Jensen Sessums, management consultant and owner of Camshaw Consulting, LLC in Nashville
Paul Stagmaier, director of pricing /sales analysts at Covenant Transport in Chattanooga
Jenny Stickley, CEO of BAGSY, LLC in Chattanooga, managing partner at WALDEN, LLC in Chattanooga and current board member at the Walter E. Boehm Birth Defects Center in Chattanooga

Three individuals have left their posts of the Austin Hatcher Foundation board: Adriene Petmecky, who served two years; Dr. Felicito Fernando, who served for 11 years, a stint that started when the foundation was formed in 2006; and Robert McMahan, ex vice president, Erwin Marine Sales who served three years and was the foundation’s treasurer. In addition, Dale Hetzler also left his board position after serving three years to become executive director of the foundation.
“We are losing some extremely talented individuals who have been essential in helping chart our course of further growth and relevance, but we also are proud to welcome our new members who bring their own unique experience and skill sets,” said Austin Hatcher Foundation Chairman of the Board Jim Osborn.
“Our board membership reflects our core support in the Chattanooga area. That is by design. Whatever expansion we experience will not alter our fundamental commitment to this region which has made everything we do possible, since our formation in 2006.”
