The Tremont Building is at 100 Tremont Ave.

The sale was to Edrington Holdings Llc from Noon Memphis Llc for $2,487,000.

Built in 1920, the property features a 7,501-square-foot lot, and 5,838 square feet of living space.

Marilyn Lloyd, who represented the Third District in Congress for 10 terms, has died at the age of 89.
