The family-friendly event, presented by SunTrust Private Wealth and hosted by YMCA YCAP and Southpaw Productions, will feature an amateur undercard of Junior Olympics regional champs. The main event consists of two bouts with local boxing pros, Roger “The Hitman” Hilley and Joseph “2Fast” Francisco.

General admission tickets for adults are $20 each. Tickets for those age 18 and under are $10 each. VIP ringside tables with seating for eight are available for purchase through Friday for $500. VIP tables include dinner for the eight attendees. VIP table and general admission tickets can be purchased online at graysonsladder.org/glovesup. General admission tickets will also be available at the door.

“We are so grateful to YMCA YCAP and Southpaw Promotions for putting on this event to help Grayson’s Ladder raise money to fight Alexander Disease,” said Laura Ledbetter, Grayson’s Ladder founder. “We invite the Chattanooga area community to join us at Gloves Up for Grayson for a fun night out supporting a life-saving mission.”

Concessions will be available for purchase at the event, along with Gloves Up for Grayson and Grayson’s Ladder T-shirts. A free temporary tattoo station is also planned for kids and kids at heart.

Grayson’s Ladder is a local organization committed to advancing research towards a treatment and eventual cure of Alexander Disease, a rare, regressive neurological disease that is fatal. The organization is named for Grayson Ledbetter, a local five-year-old who was given terminal diagnosis of Alexander Disease in 2017. Since the inception of Grayson’s Ladder in late 2017, the group has raised over $150,000 to help fight the deadly disease.
